Overview
This is a supporting web site for the Methods in Molecular Biology chapter titled Gene function Inference from gene expression in S. cerevisiae deletion mutants. This web site provides data, scripts and links for ease of reproducibility of the results presented.
Data Files
- Tab-Delimited dataset filtered (764 genes/228 conditions) including uncertainties is available here - [600kB].
- ClutrFree annotations are available here - [18kB].
Bayesian Decomposition Files
Pre-processed data by Bayesian Decomposition for 5 to 20 pattern is available here - [22MB].
Software
- BDrun (To run Bayesian Decomposition) is part of the BDtools package, available here (Note: This is a proprietary software and a Licence agreement must be accepted before download).
- ClutrFree (To visualize the results) is available here.
- Automips (To download yeast ontologies from the MIPS web site) is available here. (Note: Perl and the WWW-Mechanize package must be installed prior to use).
