Hua-Ling Tsai, Sc.M.
 Ms. Tsai earned her B.S and M.S in Mathematics from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, R.O.C., and ScM. in Biostatistics from Department of Biostatistics in JHSPH.
Research Interests:
Ms. Tsai is exploring various analytical approaches in the areas of thyroid cancer and hemtologic malignancies, working closely with Dr. Jeanne Kowalski and Dr. Martha Zeiger. Within thyroid cancer, she collaborates on several genetic and genomic analyses, including microarray gene expression, alternative splice variants of hTERT gene and most recently, exon arrays. Within hematologic malignancies, she works closely with Dr. Kowalski on HLA analyses, vaccine trial design and analyses and cancer stem cell trial design and analysis. Ms. Tsai also helps with several grant submissions, protocol development and in preparing written reports/manuscript of results. Additionally, she works with Dr. Norma Kanarek on the analyses of data from the JHH cancer registry and CRO trials database.
